Krystal and Kyle, I heard on a live the problem with the cats trying to run out of the door. Keep a can of spray air (like what you would clean electronics with) by all the doors. Every time someone goes out the door, spray the can in the air (not at the cats). They will start associating the door with the horrible noise and should start avoiding it. That’s what we used at a rescue I volunteered at.
