Kratom has opioid like properties. Opioids may decrease testosterone over time. I put kratom in a similar category as Suboxone in terms of risk level. I just can't spit out numbers for kratom like I can for other substances. Also the individuals that use the substance rarely present to the office or in the inpatient side. You can interpreted that a lot of different ways. Because it's safe? Because it's effects take a long time, etc? I will say for both Kratom and Suboxone they are insidious in their weaning and can be difficult. PAWS for example. Any substance including cannabis is terrible for sleep which then leads to irritable mood as well. https://americanaddictioncenters.org/withdrawal-timelines-treatments/post-acute-withdrawal-syndrome
I think it is in the communities interest that the beef be settled. I've completely lost the plot now and probably a lot of the community has. You would be leading by example that even though you all are clearly not happy with each other, you are still willing to do things like online town halls or w/e creative things you all could do collaborations on.
