On the vaccine IP convo....Releasing vaccine IP is a bad idea, from a national security standpoint. China has demonstrated that they can generate a pandemic level virus, but also was not able to create an effective vaccine for it. Perhaps it's the reason the lab leak was an accident and not intentional, as they have no regard for the rest of the world besides themselves. If they get their hands on RNA vaccine technology, you can guarantee they will make the best use of it and terrorize the world.
As for a real solution, the Biden administration can simply mandate a vaccine production quota for global distribution, price control, at worst lift patent litigation protection; if they can make it, let them. The Chinese simply can't. They would if they could, as they don't give two shits about IP anyway.

You guys are far more concentrated on solidarity than most of the left, and the left is the group of politically engaged people who control the parameters of dissent against police brutality. I think if you guys interviewed her and brought more public awareness it would improve the debate around police brutality and you'd have the potential to actually get reform enacted.
