Krystal/Kyle, great episode.. hoping you can clarify how this England data shows death rates are low for Delta overall like you said but key differences like a 6 fold variance are being ignored:
This is a likely simple case of correlation, namely between being elderly and being vaccinated. Unlike the US, the UK has favoured a strategy of delaying the second dose of the vaccine, which means that most people who have received two doses (the final column of Table 4 in the document you shared) are those who are at the front of the queue: the elderly, who have a much higher baseline susceptibility to the virus. Even if the vaccines dramatically improve the odds of survival for an elderly COVID-19 patient, it shouldn't surprise us that a fully vaccinated but immunocompromised elderly person (e.g. a cancer patient on immunosuppressant drugs) might be more likely to die from COVID than an unvaccinated teenager. And the recent surge in Delta cases in the UK has been driven largely by young, unvaccinated people who are generally not getting sick enough to die.
Last year if you were a family with two kids, you would receive about 9000 dollars in stimulus, unemployment plus up through out the pandemic and now the child tax credit which amounts to another 7000 dollars. With all tis help from government, you should be able to pay the rent. I guess democrats want middle class landlords to lose their homes as they cannot pay mortgage installments or property taxes so that black rock can own all the homes.
Irami with no timelimit.. I cant wait ^_^
I really hope someday you'll have Michael Malice on. You'll have disagreements but the conversation will be great!

- The Delta death rate among vax ppl was 0.63%...
- The Delta death rate for the unvax was 0.09%

Oh man, I hope they got enough room to contain all of Irami energy. Going to be another great episode.
Oh that’s gonna be a very interesting interview
